Where is Neil Fisher?

May I impose on you for the whereabouts of another vanished friend?
Details are :- Neil Fisher, at POW 1945-48, House unknown.
Subsequently worked for EA Customs & Excise, Income Tax and Barclays Bank.
He had come to school from Uganda where his parents lived.
