Old Cambrian Society (UK Branch)
Annual Lunch/Reunion
Saturday, 13th April 2019
at the Royal Air Force Club, Piccadilly, London.
The Old Cambrian Society (UK) 2019 Annual Reunion Lunch was held on Saturday
13th April at the Royal Air Force Club, Piccadilly, London.
A special tribute was paid to Peter Simpson (Scott 1955-8) who had served as
Secretary for 36 years up until 2002, and who sadly passed away in November
2018.
Numbers were again up with 73 attending from all around the world this year. A
good sign that everyone had a thoroughly good time and the event went well, is
that the five or more hours
we spent together just flew by.
One of the great things about these annual
reunions is that everyone meets up with old school pals and reminisces about
the good times spent during their time at the Prince of Wales School/Nairobi
School in Kenya, and we urge all "old boys" to make the journey to London at
least once to experience the highlight of the OCS annual programme.
