It was a great pleasure to have another reunion ( our
4th reunion since 2004 ) with my old Prince of Wales
school pal Terry Walton (Clive House 1955-1960 )
accompanied by his wife Joan.
Terry and Joan stayed with me and my wife Lesley in
Bangor, Co. Down, for 10 days from 9th to 19th
September 2012. We had a great time catching up with
all our news and remembering our Kenya days and our time
at Prince of Wales. It certainly was 10 days packed
with fun and laughter. During Terry's trip we visited
many of the local tourist attractions in this beautiful
part of Northern Ireland.
In addition we also spent
three days in Navan in the
Republic of Ireland so that Terry could visit his son
and grandchildren who live there. We were also able to
visit Dublin as Terry had never previously been to the
Republic of Ireland.
All to soon the visit came to an end however we trust we
will all be able to meet again in the not too distant
future.
