Just spent a very pleasant week at Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island, where my old school chum Mike Pickett has a holiday
home. We were joined on one evening by Ced Snaith. So basically there were just the 3 of us OC's. Couldn't seem to contact
another OC who lives on Vancouver Island, Hugh Deas-Dawlish. I also spoke to Peter Salmon (Nicholson 1956-61) son of
staff member 'Samaki' Salmon . Peter said that his Dad's condition has recently deteriorated, and he is far from well.
'Samaki' Salmon is 92.
