Nicholson House roundabout, circa 1958 with hibiscus bush on right and jacaranda tree on left.
The roundabout was just off the 'C' Gate entrance road.
Late one night, Bill Wright (Nicholson Housemaster) took a golf club and whacked a noisy dog, on that side of the house, between the hibiscus bush and the building.
The dog suddenly ceased yelping !! I think he used a 7 iron, but am not sure [grin].
