The shot of the oval suggests that little has changed over the
years....
.......except that out of shot is somebody's laundry hung up to dry
outside the pavilion, which would appear to be somebody's dwelling
nowadays.
Consider that Capt. Nicholson would not allow staff wives to
hang laundry in their own yards...it all had to go down by the railway!!
