I left Kenya in 1963 to join the Royal Navy - I joined on the 4th December 1963 in catering, and completed 23 yrs service
as a Petty Officer.
I have had a couple of job since I left, and in 1994 I started work with Gwent Police as a civilian supervisor in the
stores department. I recently left and I am now semi-retired.
