Memories of School:
That will have to follow. As a day student, some of those memories may be a little different from the majority of
people, but they all contributed to create a very fond affection and bond with the school as it was 50 years ago.
After leaving School:
After receiving my School Cert. I initially accepted an offer from the BISNCo as a Engineering Cadet, but eventually
joined Ford Motor Company in 1958 as a Product Designer (Stylist), studying for, and receiving a degree in Industrial
(Product) Design from the Central School of Arts and Crafts in 1962. I left Ford Motor Company at the end of 1966 to
join the Product Design Office of Chrysler Corporation (now DaimlerChrysler), in the US. I am presently the Design Manager
of the Mastering Studio and Craftsmanship Studios, and will retire as soon as I can sell my house in Michigan and move
to my very highly mortgaged home in Florida! My wife has lived in the Florida home for almost three years and is
becoming very impatient with my continued dalience in Michigan.
I live in South Lyon, Michigan, USA for the moment ..... Cape Coral, Florida, USA as soon as possible!
My brother, David John Perry (Scott 1955-1956) lives in Balsall Common, Coventry, UK, and is a Director of Bablake Wines Ltd.
