Only just found the web site. My brother, Graham Partridge (of Hawke House), came across it.
Retired and now a resident of the Isle of Wight.
Memories:
My brother and I were both in Rhodes until we ran away from school together in 1951 to our home in Kampala. We made it
and I believe Flakey Fletcher announced at morning assembly that "the birds had flown" - our surname of course
being Partridge!
Thereafter I was placed in Scott and my brother in Hawke.
