Memories of School:
Too many wonderful memories to recount. Fond memories of excellent
mates and good life-afirming times. In the School team - Hockey (1990 Nairobi Province Runners-Up
to Lenana School(DoY) - Ouch!!). But my most "interesting" times were definitely during
"my life as a rabble" and when Nairobi School won 3 of the 4 major rugby titles in 1989
(i.e. won John Andrews Cup, RFUEA Sevens & Blackrock, but were denied the Prescott by a matter
of minutes - plus some dodgy refereeing!!)
Since leaving School:
1992: Joined University of Nairobi
1994-95: National Chairman of the Kenyan chapter of AIESEC - the International Association
of students interested in Economics & Management
1996: Graduated from University of Nairobi - B. Com (Marketing) Honours degree
1996-98: Worked for Citibank, N.A. in Zurich, Switzerland on an AIESEC traineeship
1998: Moved to Citibank, N.A. New York, and currently live and work in New York as an
Assistant Vice President in Citigroup Inc's Global Corporate & Investment Bank.
