Memories of School:
  • the end of year house barbeques
  • the wonderful school band with people like Watatua and Arunga
  • the Patch Machine
  • the school hymn “Trust and Obey”
  • the countless push ups and frog jumps as form of punishment
  • the hawks that hovered around the cricket pitch during visiting days and their scary swoops
  • Monday and Friday school assemblies in the quad
    The list is endless….

    Since leaving School:
  • Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics – University of Nairobi 1997-2001
  • MA in Urban and Regional Planning – University of Nairobi 2008-ongoing
  • Worked at Kencell/Celtel/Zain, a mobile communication company, between 2004 and September 2006 as Site acquisition Officer.
  • Currently working at Safaricom Ltd, the leading mobile communications company in Kenya, also as Senior Site Acquisition Officer. Have been here since September 2006. I am based at the HQ which is app 2km east of Nairobi school along Waiyaki Way.

    I live in Nairobi City, Kenya.
