I was Odera S.A. but became Agutu S.O. in 1979. Prior to that I had always used my own name (Odera) and not my
father's (Agutu).
Memories of School:
I have excellent memories of school (except for Chadha & Derodra in 1970)...especially the school band ...The 'Last Post',
'The Little Swiss Polka', 'Scotland the Brave', etc.
1976 - 1979 - Nairobi University (B.Com Accounting Option)
1979 - 1984 - Coopers & Lybrand --Auditor
1984 -1996 - worked in various Financial Management capacities in the insurance industry.
1996-2003 - worked as Finance Director for an advertising agency.
2003 - present - Managing Director of Clarkson Notcutt (Insurance Broker) Ltd.
Married Scholastica in 1986. Have 3 children, Achieng' (born 1987), Robert (1990) & Lisa (1995)
Played rugby up to 1993. Was Treasurer of the Kenya Rugby Football Union 1984-1996
