Rhodes House 1941-1942 & Nicholson House 1943-1946 (founder member)
Memories: Remember being at Naivasha during early years (because of the war) and getting extra privileges for
cutting hair for staff & prefects. What a personality 'Ginger' Gledhill was (1st housemaster of Nicholson).
Enjoyed playing hockey, cricket and rugby for house & school.
After leaving school:
Went to University of Edinburgh and did a BSc (Agric)
Played hockey for University (Blue), Scottish Universities & Scotland.
(1954-1966) worked for Dept. of Agriculture in Kenya
(1966-1968) Pyrethrum Board
(1968-1983) Ministry of Agriculture in Zimbabwe (Rhodesia)
(1984-1997) Windmill Fertilizer Co.
Currently a Consultant Agronomist in Zimbabwe, and living in Harare
(Registered - 24th July 2005)
