Best memories of 'Patch' would be sneaking out of school in the afternoon to raid the sugar cane farm with my comrades
while enjoying a cigarette smoke (I quit smoking in 1984); and debating especially with "Chocs" and "Boma".
Worst memories would be "trades and tea trades"; being caned by "Kibe" and "Kuzwi"; and starvation.
Since leaving "Patch" in 1979, I went to Greenfields college in Kitale then on to to Aga Khan Academy
I moved to the USA in 1982 and attended Kent State University in Ohio where I graduated with a BA degree
From Ohio I moved to Baltimore and attended the University of Baltimore where I earned a second BS in computer science
I have been living in Maryland ever since. I have my own business. I have five children, three boys and two girls.
I am looking for an old house mate by the name of Aaron Omwega.
