Before PoW I attended Nyeri Primary School from 1955 to 1961, and I hope to find other guys
who were there too.
August 1963, left Kenya with much regret, and returned to Italy where my family settled down,
and we never reached Australia where we were really supposed to go. I completed High School in
Italy and joined the Army in 1969. After military service I travelled throughout Europe as
sales agent for ceramic tile industry. From 1983 onwards I turned to informatics, joining IBM
as sales manager. Still today I am getting on quite well with my own software house developing
and offering software to manufacturing industrial plants. I got married in 1975 and have two
kids 17 and 10 years.
