Memories: First day arriving from Nyeri on the train, going staight down to the pool without telling
anyone I had arrived; Pussy looking everywhere for me.
Finished school in N. Ireland, University in Salisbury, Rhodesia (Engineering).
Have now lived in Melbourne, Australia for 28 years working in the water/waste-water industry.
Below is a photo of me (Left) and my brother, Martin, when back at my Mum's in East
Sussex last year. You might remember my Mum, Doreen Magahy - she was an announcer, news reader
etc at Cable & Wireless next door to POW.
