I left the PoW at the end of first term 1951 which I spent as a prefect in Junior. I had first arrived in East Africa
and started school at the Prince of Wales as a "Pongo" in 1947. I can't remember whether I got there at the beginning of
the first term, but probably not. I was resident in Kampala until 1969 when I immigrated to Cape Town, South Africa.
It would be great to get in contact with OC's of my 'vintage'.
