After leaving school, I joined the NCR as an appi. After several yearts in this trade in got in my love the Motor
trade. I was the Service manager at a firm called Delta a subsidiary of the Marshalls group(Peugeot).
In 1968 I emigrated to the then Rhodesia. I met my present wife there and we had two boys. In 1981 after
independence we emigrated to South Africa. Firstly in Joburg for three years and then moving down to the
Cape where I still reside. Whilst here I ran my own manufacturing, supplying and installing business in the
Aluminium doors and windows trade. Due to the down turn in the building closed my business down in mid 2008.
We sold our house in Fish Hoek, Cape Town in 2012 and relocated to Gordon's Bay, Cape Town. Now retired.
