After leaving school I joined British India Steam Navigation Company as a purser and spent the next 4 years sailing the
oceans of the world, and wonderful it was too!!
I married in 1969 and returned to Africa but a little further south than Kenya – Cape Town to be precise, and I have
lived here ever since.
I have been in the travel industry since my arrival in Cape Town.
