Memories of School:
Very happy ones, particularly as a member of Clive House (I was prefected, then 'de-prefected', then re-prefected!) and
the School Rugby 1st XV. Persons I remember include Derek Milton and Les Duxbury.
Since School:
Back to the UK, to Leicester University (BA), then Southampton University (MSc), then lectured at Newcastle upon Tyne,
then to Fiji (1979-1982) as a lecturer at the University of the South Pacific, followed by 14 years in Brisbane, Australia.
In-between married Sue, had two children, Dan and Sam! In 2001 moved to Hobart, Tasmania, as Dean of the Faculty of
Commerce at the University of Tasmania.
