Memories of School:
Living in a dorm with thirty other boys
Watching a glass eye rattle round a sink
Swimming Gala days and sports in general.
More memories will return in time I'm sure.
Since leaving school:
Joined the British Army from school and served in Germany the Far East then trained as a helicopter pilot in 1967 and flew
in The Trucial States and Europe. Spent time teaching at the school of army aviation before leaving the service in 1974
and joining Bristow Helicopters Ltd with whom I still work to this day. Have served with them in Iran, Malaysia, The Falkland
Islands, The USA and the North Sea. Since 1988 have worked in Warri Nigeria.
Now I live in Scarborough within a mile of where I was born. My wife Alice is from Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia and we have
two boys aged 19 & 18 named Samuel & George.
To all my old friends from long ago - HELLO OUT THERE, I AM STILL HERE!!
