Mid-Summer Party / Informal get together

John Heppes (Hawke 1939-1943) and Hal Oliver (Grigg 1944) say they think it's about time they met again for a chat and a beer over a
curry lunch. The get together is open to all Old Cambrians, their spouses/partners, ex-Kenya
High School (The "Boma"), etc. that may be living in their part of the world.
The lunch will be at about noon on Saturday July 24th at the Shahi Mahal Indian Cuisine, 336 Speedvale Ave. West, Unit B, Guelph, Ontario, N1H
7M7 (Phone 519 826 9711). The restaurant serves quite a good regular curry buffet during the week but on Saturdays and
Sundays it is a-la-carte. Prices are reasonable with appertizers in the $4 range, tandooris about $8, vegetarian about $7
and regular non vegetarian dishes in the $9 range. The place is fully licenced.
In case you are interested, and as a lure
to join us for lunch, nearby is a very good Indo Canadian Food Market. They have a very wide selection in Indian and other
southeast Asian food ingredients and infact if they do not have what you want, you will have difficulty finding it elsewhere.
