Worst memories were bullying on school train and at School. Homesickness for Kampala.
Enjoyed the CCF. Hated sport! Best part was the school train going home and smelling the
Uganda air again in the early morning as we approached Kampala.
Since leaving School, served in the Merchant Navy in the engine room both in UK and New Zealand.
Worked for many years as a fitter and turner in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Papua New
Guinea. Currently residing in Queensland, Australia. Have a Filipino wife and a seventeen year
old daughter.
