Worked and played hard. Best years were the two in the VIth Form (1965 & 1966)
Left POW for BRNC Dartmouth in September 1966, having taken my Higher School Cert (as A Levels)
in the June/July of that year at the University College, Nairobi.
In the Royal Navy from 1966 until 2000 rising to the rank of Commander, Royal Navy.
Naval Civil Servant 2000-2002 before being retired as "Medically Unfit" at the ripe old age of 54!
Now 55 and concentrating on looking after my Heart; a wife, a daughter of 29 and a son of 24!
I do have the odd photo of School both 1966 and earlier and post 1966 - mid 1980s - when
visiting as my ship was giving a spot of leave and a break from Armilla Patrol in the Persian
Gulf during the Iraqi/Iranian War. Great searching of the Attic will be required!
